CP24's Pride Coverage Reaches 600,000 Viewers!

The first-ever broadcast of the Pride Parade on television reached a total of 600,000 viewers who watched the Toronto-based channel CP24! If you missed the parade you can still see it at cp24.com/pride2009. You won't want to miss the amazing coverage that CP24 has had of everything Pride!

CP24 debuted in 1998 as Canada's first and only 24-hour local news channel. Based in Toronto, they focus on local news from the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario, but also cover national and international news.

Toronto Pride Week 2009 A Success!

As a result of the countless people who came to Toronto for Pride Week 2009, everything was a massive success. The streets were flooded with people shining the colours of the rainbow, showing that we Can't Stop and Won't Stop!

This week was the biggest and most fabulous Pride Week that Pride Toronto has ever put together and they would like to thank everyone for attending and cannot wait for Pride Week 2010!
