Winners at the 82nd annual Academy Awards

The Stars came out in style for Hollywood's biggest night, as the coveted golden Oscar statuettes were handed out live in LA at the Kodak Theatre. Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin shared hosting duties - the first time the show has had dual hosts in over 20 years - as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences gave accolades to the best the silver screen had to offer this year. The show - while holding to a tradition of running overtime due to poor pacing - did offer a few surprises and some touching acceptance speeches, adding to the emotion of the evening and capping off a strong year in cinema.
